John was wonderful to work with from start to finish! I went on a whim and decided to contact Lifetime Awnings after seeing such good reviews online. He returned my call the same day I reached out to him, and even better, was able to give me a quote later that day. Aside from it being a veteran owned company (which I definitely support), he also gives discounts to veterans like my husband! After less than a month, he called and said he had just picked it up from the manufacturer (made in Pennsylvania!). He installed it today along with another employee. They removed my old awning and put the new one up, which looks incredible! I am so happy to have found John's reputable company (I mean, how many owners are actually on-site doing the work!?). Also, it's just nice to have a business do what they say they're going to do... he called everytime he said he would and always responded back to me. My husband and I are so happy!

Can’t say enough about the work John and sandy did on my porches. Ever since the first time John came out he was always kind to me and my family, super knowledgeable of the product he installs, and out the craftsmanship into my home that he would on his own. The picture is from the bigger of my two porches. The railing was also installed by lifetime and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!!

I love my little awning! It's perfect for what I needed. And it matches and looks great on my house. This company is great. The people are great and very professional.
