We were in desperate need of a new awning for our porch and found Lifetime Awnings on the internet. We called for a free estimate were scheduled right away. We met with John Banasick, the owner who was immediately likeable. John explained the installation process and what materials he would use along with providing samples for us to choose from. We signed the sales contract right away, anxious to get started. Within three weeks John was on the job finishing in just two days. He even hauled away the old materials! I would highly recommend Lifetime Awnings for your outdoor shade needs! John was able to give me an estimate the day after I called and kept me up to date as to when my order would be arriving. He was able to install the blinds the day after they arrived due to his specific planning. I bought three exceptionally large blinds for a pavilion, and they have significantly reduced the amount of heat, sun, and rain that was coming into that area. John installed them perfectly to suit our needs. The blinds are also very aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. Thank you, John!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with John at Lifetime Awnings. John responded to my inquiry very quickly and came to give me an estimate within a couple days. Other companies I called never even returned my calls. I was required to put an awning over my outside basement stairwell because the drain at the bottom of the stairwell fed into my lateral sewer line and failed a dye test performed by the water company. I was selling my house and was 4 weeks out from my closing date. This job would have been about 2 months out but John expedited the entire process. He moved my job up and even called the awning manufacturer to expedite my order. The awning was installed with days to spare and it is beautiful. Thank you John for what you did. You provide exceptional customer service and a great product. I highly recommend Lifetime Awnings.

Let me preface this by saying i am not a relative. I would not use anyone else but John. If he tells you he will be there on a certain day he WILL be there. Sometime a little late because he was tied up on another job, but he will come. Friendly and never leaves until the job is completed. I don’t know of anyone else who always keep there word that they will be there when he promises. On top of that John knows what he is doing. You will not consider working with anyone else once you have had John to your house.

John was wonderful to work with from start to finish! I went on a whim and decided to contact Lifetime Awnings after seeing such good reviews online. He returned my call the same day I reached out to him, and even better, was able to give me a quote later that day. Aside from it being a veteran owned company (which I definitely support), he also gives discounts to veterans like my husband! After less than a month, he called and said he had just picked it up from the manufacturer (made in Pennsylvania!). He installed it today along with another employee. They removed my old awning and put the new one up, which looks incredible! I am so happy to have found John’s reputable company (I mean, how many owners are actually on-site doing the work!?). Also, it’s just nice to have a business do what they say they’re going to do… he called everytime he said he would and always responded back to me. My husband and I are so happy!

I called Lifetime Awning on for an estimate. The owner John Banasick (a veteran) said he could come out the next day. John arrived on time measured our porch and wrote up an estimate on the spot. John said he could do the job in 4-weeks. I got 2-other estimates and Lifetime Awning was the best price and the awning looked the same or better quality then the other awnings. John was the only contractor that said he would do the job the way I wanted. In 3-weeks John called to say he was personally driving up to the manufacturer’s plant (made in USA) to pick up the awning and would be out next week to install the awning. John and his helper Sandy installed my awning in 1-day. The awning looks beautiful and turned out better than expected. John and Lifetime Awnings are GREAT! The work was done quickly and all went as promised. We had considered Sunsetter but then I saw John’s truck labeled “Veterin Owned” and had to talk with him. We got prices from both and there was no comparison. Lifetime was 2/3 the price of Sunsetter and included delivery, the best fabric, installation, wind sensor. Plus John has intelligent answers (& samples) to all of our questions where Sunsetter had approximations and equivications. Go with John and Lifetime Awnings and you won’t be disappointed.

A frightening experience to have an awning blow off! Was anticipating jumping through hoops for repairs and replacement…and then found Lifetime Awings. Any and all questions were answered (and there were many!) The project was completed quickly and efficiently even the tiny pieces I had to stop Sandy from trying to pick up! The experience was so good we had them replace the roofing over our back porch! Best of all John and Sandy are truly great people!

We hired John to have new awnings made for us. He came in to a mess. The first company (I will not name) left us with bare awnings and settings that they had messed up. John and his crew not only installed our replacement awnings, which he had the company custom make for us perfectly, they also spent literally hours fixing the problems that the first company created. The professional manner of John was spot on, he never ran down the other company. He took responsibility for making it right even when it wasn’t his problem. He had a minor surgery but still showed up to get the job done!
